About Us

The Abbotsford Boxing & Fitness is a non-profit society under the BC Societies Act. Our goal is to provide a positive atmosphere for youth and adults by teaching Olympic Style Amateur Boxing. Individuals learn to develop a strong work ethic, self-control, discipline, physical conditioning and a positive way for dealing with the stresses of day to day challenges.

Our boxing program consists of cardio, circuit training and core strength training. We teach Olympic style boxing. We have beginners to National level competitors. Our boxing gym is family oriented and program is designed for ages eight and up. Although boxing is an individual sport, we all work as a team in the gym.

We look forward to seeing you soon!

RULE THE RING

This is more than a ring—it is a proving ground for warriors. Every drop of sweat, every strike, and every round builds discipline, resilience, and unbreakable spirit. Here, fighters are shaped through relentless training, mental toughness, and respect for the sport. Victory is not given; it is earned through sacrifice, focus, and courage. Step forward, face the challenge, and claim your place among those who don’t just fight in the ring—but rule it.

Frequently Asked Questions.

Supporting Subheading

We provide a variety of boxing-focused classes including kids classes (ages 6–11), youth classes (ages 12–16), adult classes (17+), women’s boxing classes, and competitive team training. Classes mix cardio boxing, circuit training, strength conditioning, and Olympic-style boxing techniques.

No — we welcome all levels! Our programs are designed for beginners through advanced athletes, and the training is non-contact, focusing on skill development, fitness, discipline, and confidence.

Each member should have 16 oz boxing gloves, hand wraps, a mouthpiece, and a skipping rope. If you need gear, we offer a package with all equipment for purchase.

We have flexible class times throughout the week (morning, afternoon, evenings, weekends) for different age groups. Membership pricing is based on how many classes you attend per week and certain membership fees must be paid quarterly in advance.

While most training is geared toward fitness, skill development, and conditioning, we also support members who want to join amateur level competitions through our competitive team classes and tournament opportunities.
